The Super Bowl

I had the privilege of watching the Super Bowl and seeing the underdog come out triumphant. In this world wide viewed event I thought it was so moving to see the coach of the Saints with all the things he could say, stated that: "Everyone back in New Orleans gets a piece of this trophy." The world of sports is about so much more that just the game it is about bringing communities and sometimes even countries together in one purpose. I was so proud to be an American when these hard working athletes were not only crying in awe of their accomplishment but it is the true idea behind the American dream, that anyone with enough heart can accomplish anything. CBS with it's two million dollar adds could not compare to the feelings that were felt that night. It's events like these that make me realize the true meaning of "leave it all out on the field." Go Saints you earned it!
